Concept to execution

Five stages, every engagement. The same discipline whether it is a one-night concert or a national broadcast campaign.

    We learn the brand, the audience and the number that defines success, then write the bicultural strategy to hit it.

    Concept & creative

    We design the moment: the show, the activation, the campaign, built for a Latin-Canadian audience, not translated for one.

    Production & logistics

    Talent, venue, crew, permits, vendors and budget. We run the whole machine so the brand only sees the result.

    Activation & amplification

    We put it live and we make it loud: PR, broadcast, social and on-the-ground activation across the markets that matter.

    Report & relationship

    Attendance, sell-through, sponsorship and earned media, measured and reported. Then we plan the next one.
